<p>Quote Terms:</p> <p>Validity: This quote, provided by LanIT Services LLC, remains valid for 30 days by default (or as indicated on the notice field) from the date of issue. If the client does not accept within this period, LanIT Services LLC reserves the right to revise or withdraw the quote.</p> <p>Acceptance: To accept this quote, the client must confirm in writing. Upon acceptance, the terms contained herein and any associated agreements will become binding.</p> <p>Scope of Work: This quote covers IT solutions and services as detailed. Any changes or additional requirements from the client might result in adjustments to the final price.</p> <p>Taxes: Prices quoted do not include applicable local, state, or federal taxes. The client shall be responsible for all such taxes unless otherwise stated. </p> <p>Payment Terms: A 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is due upon acceptance. The balance is payable upon successful completion of the services, unless a different arrangement is made in writing. LanIT Services LLC reserves the right to wave the deposit on a case by case basis.</p> <p>Cancellation: Should the client cancel after accepting the quote, the deposit may be retained by LanIT Services LLC to compensate for resources allocated and work commenced.</p> <p>Confidentiality: Both LanIT Services LLC and the client commit to keeping all proprietary or confidential information obtained during the quote process and service delivery confidential.</p> <p>Warranty: LanIT Services LLC provides a standard warranty on specific IT services and products. The details of such warranties will be explicitly mentioned in the final agreement or contract.</p> <p>Limitation of Liability: LanIT Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or any damage arising out of service interruptions, data loss, or system failures.</p> <p>Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this quote will first be addressed through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, they shall be settled through arbitration in Cincinnati, Ohio, unless both parties agree otherwise.</p> <p>Governing Law: This quote, and any subsequent service agreements, will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Entire</p> <p>Agreement: This quote, along with any related agreements or contracts signed by the parties, represents the complete understanding between LanIT Services LLC and the client and supersedes any prior communications or understandings.</p>
