This can be done through our secure electronic signature platform. Upon successful electronic signing, the terms and conditions outlined in this document, along with any associated agreements, will become legally binding. It is important to review the document carefully before signing. By applying your electronic signature, you are agreeing to the terms as stated herein. This electronic signature is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature as per applicable laws and regulations.</p> <h3>Scope of Work</h3> <p>This quote covers IT solutions and services as detailed. The details of such warranties will be explicitly mentioned in the final agreement or contract.</p> <h3>Limitation of Liability</h3> <p>LanIT Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or any damage arising out of service interruptions, data loss, or system failures.</p> <h3>Dispute Resolution</h3> <p>Any disputes related to this quote will first be addressed through amicable negotiations.
