<p>Invoice Terms:</p> <p>Payment Terms: All invoices issued by LanIT Services LLC are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.</p> <p>Late Payment: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate permitted by Ohio law, whichever is lower.</p> <p>Taxes: All fees quoted are exclusive of local, state, federal, and foreign taxes. The client shall bear responsibility for all such taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.</p> <p>Discrepancies: Any disputes or discrepancies concerning the invoiced amount should be communicated to LanIT Services LLC within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Post this period, the invoice is deemed accepted as issued.</p> <p>Services Rendered: This invoice covers IT solutions and services as described. Any additional services or changes not covered in the initial agreement may result in separate invoicing.</p> <p>Payment Methods: LanIT Services LLC accepts payments via bank transfer, check, or other pre-agreed methods. All associated bank charges or fees from the payment process are the client's responsibility.</p> <p>Refunds: Once services have been delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be provided. Refund requests for undelivered services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.</p> <p>Ownership and Licensing: All materials or software provided by the client remain their property. Any software, configurations, or solutions provided by LanIT Services LLC might be subject to licensing terms, which will be communicated separately.</p> <p>Confidentiality: Both parties agree to uphold the confidentiality of all information obtained during the service delivery unless required by law or if the information is publicly available.</p> <p>Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to this invoice should first be addressed through amicable discussions. If unresolved, they will be settled through arbitration in Cincinnati, Ohio.</p> <p>Governing Law: This invoice and related disputes will be governed by Ohio state law, excluding its conflict of law principles.</p> <p>Amendments: Any modifications to these terms must be in writing and endorsed by both LanIT Services LLC and the client.</p> <p>Entire Agreement: These invoice terms, along with any associated contracts or agreements between LanIT Services LLC and the client, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.</p>
